From the day of order delivery, you have 14 days to fill out the return request form that you can find on this page:
start by entering the email with which you made the purchase and the order number, then follow the guided instructions.
Once the procedure has been correctly completed, you will receive a summary email
containing the list of items you want to return and the method of delivery to the courier.
Delivery to the courier must occur within 14 days of completing the return request.
Be careful not to remove tags, any accessories or labels: we do not accept returns of products that do not have them. Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged, except for cases regarding product warranty.
You can request your return after 24 hours of receiving the package, The procedure is very simple: follow these four steps.

Enter the e-mail address with which you placed the order and the order number in the form below.

Take out the return label that you can find inside the package and insert the items you want to return inside a box, possibly the one in which they were delivered. Apply the return label to the outside of the package, and if you are using the original box, be careful to completely cover the previous label.

Please deliver your package to a collection center, selecting the one nearest you: www.ups.com/dropoff.
Warning: if the courier chosen is different than the one indicated, the return fees will be charged to the customer and in case of loss or damage of the package, Sisley will not be required to issue a refund.

As soon as your return arrives at our warehouses, it will be subjected to quality control. If the products comply with the return conditions, you will receive a refund within after some days.
