Did something go wrong with your order? No problem! Returns are easy.
Starting from the day your order is delivered, you have 14 days to complete the online return request that you can find at the bottom of this page.
Start by entering the email you used for the purchase and the order number, and then follow the next steps.
Once you've correctly completed the steps, you will receive a summary email containing the list of items that you wish to return and the type of delivery method you've chosen.
Make sure to select all the items you wish to return: you will be able to return your order only via a single shipment.
Deliver the package within 14 days of requesting a return.
Be careful not to remove tags, any accessories or labels: we do not accept returns of products that do not have them.
Customized items may not be returned or exchanged, except in the case of rights related to product warranty.
You can request your return 24 hours after receiving the package.
The procedure is very simple: follow these simple steps.

Enter the e-mail address with which you placed the order and the order number in the form below.

Download and print the two-page pdf with the return labels: apply the first to the package, and hand the second one labeled "no stick" to the courier.
If possible, use the original box: when you stick the return label to the outside of the package, be careful to completely cover the previous label.
Make sure to place all the items you wish to return in the package: you will be able to return your order only via a single shipment.
Proforma

Download and print 3 copies of the proforma invoice and sign them. Insert the 2 copies of the proforma into the pouch which must be placed into the package, and give the third copy of the proforma to the courier or collection center at the time of pick-up.

If you choose to deliver your package to a collection center, please go to the one nearest you and make sure you have proof of delivery.
If you choose home collection, contact the courier by telephone to agree upon and book the collection date and time.
Send the package within 14 days of requesting a return and make sure to get proof of delivery.
Wait for confirmation email

As soon as your return package arrives at our warehouses, we will check the status of the returned items. You will receive an email informing you of the outcome of the check. After receiving the products, if they comply with the return conditions, it will take approximately 14 days for the refund.
